A technocrat by training and conviction, Mr. Chudgar holds a B.E. in Chemical Engineering from Gujarat University and a Master’s in Chemical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, USA – a foundation that blends academic rigor with global scientific exposure.
Over a career spanning more than a decade, he has worked with some of the world’s most respected pharmaceutical and chemical organizations – Bayer, Genentech, and Dupont. His experience covers Production, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs, along with direct collaboration with the US FDA and other global regulatory bodies.
This background has shaped the culture of Rheomax: zero compromise on safety, disciplined adherence to regulatory frameworks, and chemistry that delivers performance – not just yield.
